In addition to announced inspections we also drive by the property, as
our experience has shown us that a well-maintained exterior generally indicates
the same inside. Tenants are
notified in writing of any delinquency in the maintenance of the property.
We encourage the tenants to notify us immediately of any problem and we
handle such requests promptly.
