Background

 America’s Great Real Estate, Inc. was established in l988 as a property management company. Currently, we specialize in individual residential management, including single-family homes, condominiums and duplexes. The majority of properties in inventory are single-family homes.

Broker

Licensed in l984, Patricia McKay, initially worked as a real estate salesperson for ERA. Originally an educator, she focused on utilizing the management skills previously involved in managing students and redirected those same skills in the management of property and tenants.

Partner

Cheryl Brockway, licensed in l988, was also originally a teacher. Her training as a secondary math teacher laid an excellent foundation for management of properties. In addition, her father was a builder and landlord, so she had early involvement with the real estate business and is therefore quite knowledgeable about construction, home maintenance and repair.

Over the years the company has expanded in inventory, experience and expertise; however, the staff has remained the same. The original two individuals who started the company are still the only two. There are no teams, just two individuals who know all aspects of their business from the inside out and have a vested interest in its continued success.
